✦Terms Of Service✦
By commissioning me you are agreeing entirely and completely to my Terms of Service.
If any of the terms be desobeyed, the commissioner will be put on a blacklist and will not be able to get any future commissions/adoptables/art from me.
✦Commissions✦
- I do NOT make refunds.
- I don't sell for minors.
- I can take months to make your art(up to 3 months at max) so please be patient.
- My limit time is 3 months, if i don't start the commission after that amount of time, you can ask for a refund.
- Avoid asking too much about the commission, every time i make an update on the commission, I'll show it without needing of asking.
- All changes to the lineart will be charged. Changes to the sketch will not be charged.
- If you want something specific on the art, let me know before i start the sketch, feel free to send me reference images and make big descriptions.
- Don't copy, trace, repost or steal my art.
- Credit me for making the art. Credit me at least on the first time you post the art on your medias.
- Do not remove my watermark.
- Do not edit my art without permission.
✦Designs/adopts✦
- The down payment is non-refundable.
- Don't resell my designs for more than you paid, unless the design has more art.
- Don't sell designs of mine that you got by trading, instead, trade it again, for other ocs and/or art of the same worth
- Don't sell my designs to blacklisted people.
- Only offer if you are absolutely sure that you can and want to buy the design.
- You can make any design changes you want, but the preference is not to leave the design unrecognizable.
- It's prefered if you have Toyhou.se so i can keep track of were the design is.
- Let me know if you ever resell my design, so i can help you to sell it by sharing it AND know who's the new owner.
- If you backout you'll end up on the blacklist automatically (unless something happened to you irl and you have no choice)
- DON'T MAKE SPECIES BASED OFF ON MY DESIGNS/ADOPTS
